Zeon®, the "barefoot grass," is a fine blade zoysia great for sun and shade.
It is disease and insect resistant, and considered to be the replacement for Emerald Zoysia. Zeon® has a bright green color and will establish well in many different types of soil. Zeon® was tested in National Turfgrass Evaluation Programs and it produced less thatch than other varieties and showed late season color retention. For any application, Zeon® can be mowed with a standard rotary lawnmower. Zeon® can be installed as dormant sod during winter months.
