What is Pine Mulch?

Pine Mulch is a very common mulch made popular by being sold in bags for many years. You probably don't want to use pine bark in areas where you have a lot of leaf-litter or falling pine needles. Pine bark does not pack down so raking or blowing debris off will be difficult.

Medium-sized nuggets generally last for many years and are best suited for flat to gentle slopes (up to 25 degrees). Small nuggets work great in flower beds.
